All proceeds go to the UK Bullmastiff Of The Year for bullmastiff rescue. Murray and Floss in the garden. Two good looking dogs, a Sheltie and  a little Japanese Spitz. Floss was quite a challenge to paint being all white.

Murray had lots of colour in his coat.

I had this made bag made specially for the UK Bullmastiff Of The Year grand auction.

The UK Bullmastiff Of The Year will be held on the 11th February 2012 in Coventry. 64 of the Top Winning Bullmastiffs from 2011 will  compete for the title of ‘UK Bullmastiff of the Year’ and ‘UK Bullmastiff Puppy of the Year’.

The ‘Bullmastiff of the Year’ event will be an annual black tie event. This event is fully supported by the Bullmastiff Breed Clubs and the special events licence has been granted by the Kennel Club.

There’ll be a Grand Auction with many lots to help raise much needed funds for Bullmastiffs that come into rescue each year.

A new card. This gorgeous Weimaraner dog brings his significant owner a Christmas gift. I wonder if it’s bones? Or maybe a rubber ball? Its called ‘Precious Gifts’.

It’s wonderful to see what happens to prints and paintings when they leave the studio. Recently Paul bought a large print of Jasper as a gift for his cousin. He kindly sent me this wonderful photo and gave me permission to share it too. This is what he says….

“Again, thank you so much for the Jasper. It was framed beautifully in Market Harborough and we presented it to my cousin down in Essex on Thursday. To say she was delighted with it would be the understatement of the year!”

I think they did a wonderful job with the framing on this 20×16 inch print! It looks terrific. :-)

I’ve just delivered another commission. Gladstone and Disraeli are such a gorgeous pair. A Cocker Spaniel and a Miniature Short haired Dachshund. I loved painting these two, they have so much character in their faces and they’re clearly very close friends. Their coats are full beautiful colour too which makes them such a joy to paint.

I’ve been working hard to finish the paintings and prints for the American Bullmastiff Association art auction next month. Dax, Rocky and CJ at Bijoux Falls are on their way and hopefully they’ll help to raise much needed funds for bullmastiff rescue and health.
