This is Sister standing in the river. I love the contrast of colours in her coat and the river. Looks like a great place to be.
This is a 16.5 x 13 inch acrylic painting on paper

A close up detail Laughing DobermanJuly 9th, 2008 Here’s my latest painting, Laughing Doberman. She’s a beautiful red doberman bitch with loads of character and I loved painting her.
The original photo of her was taken by Cia Lindroth who is a truly gifted photographer of animals. See her work on her web site www.cialindroth.se. I was thrilled when she gave me permission to use her photo as a reference for a painting. Thank you Cia!
And here’s a close up of the canvas….
